Focused on Craftsmanship
John Bruckel, Bloomsbury Estates' developer and visionary, wanted to make a striking impact on Downtown's already-impressive skyline. But not just any impact, one with historic significance that would hopefully spur similar projects by other developers down the road. He envisioned building a community that was architecturally accurate, but also exuded quality, craftsmanship and a unique attention to detail on all possible levels. Thus, the birth of Bloomsbury Estates.
Named for Joel Lane's home originally on this site more than 200 years ago, today you'll find an uncompromising lifestyle that weaves the past seamlessly into the present, and a rich history into the millennial world of today.
